Viewing Ltd advises people setting up a company and moving to run it. You see the options side by side, with what each one costs, and you decide.
The method
Three questions, in this order
Each one is a comparison, not a recommendation. Every figure we publish carries its source and the date it was checked. Where a figure is not checked yet, it says so instead of guessing.

We are appointed as a referral partner by two free zones today. We keep a register of the others so the comparison is never limited to the two that pay us. Zone by zone figures appear here as each one is checked against that zone current published price list. Until a figure is checked we bring it to the call rather than print it.
What we actually do
Company formation
The licence application prepared and lodged with the zone you picked, in your name, and approved by you before it goes.
Visas and Emirates ID
The steps in order, who has to be present for each one, and what it costs before you start rather than after.
Registered address
An address that satisfies the zone, with a plain statement of what it does and does not include.
Banking readiness
Document preparation and introductions. Nobody can guarantee you an account, and we do not pretend to.
The move itself
Housing, schools, shipping and the order to do them in, so the licence does not arrive before somewhere to live.
Pets
Asked about at the first consultation, because an animal changes the housing shortlist and the paperwork more than people expect.

You book and pay
The consultation fee is GBP 35 and it is paid before we speak, on every channel.

The consultation
The comparison goes in front of you at all three levels. You choose, or you decide not to go ahead.

Sign off and lodge
If you go ahead there is a sign off fee of AED 2,500. We prepare the application and lodge it with the zone you chose.

Licence, then the move
Once the licence is issued we carry on with the visa, the address and the move.

How we get paid
The reason to ask us rather than ask them.
You pay us two things. GBP 35 for the consultation, and AED 2,500 if you decide to sign off. Nothing else.
Some free zones also pay us a commission when a company registers through us. Two of them do today.
On the call we tell you which of the options in front of you pay us, and which pay us nothing at all.
Where we stop
- We advise adults. You have to be 18 or over to book.
- Some zones will not accept a manager or a director under 21 without the registrar approving it. If that applies to you, we check the rule for your zone before you pay anything.
- We are not tax advisers and we do not give tax advice. For that, speak to somebody qualified where you live.
- We cannot promise you a bank account. Nobody honestly can. We prepare the documents and make the introductions.
- Restricted activities, and anything needing a licence we do not hold: we say so, and we stop.
Questions
Do I have to fly out to do this?
Not to start. Most of the preparation is done remotely. Some steps, medical and biometrics among them, have to be done in person, and we tell you which ones and when before you commit to anything.
Can you guarantee me a bank account?
No. We prepare the documents and make introductions. The bank decides. Any adviser who tells you otherwise is selling.
Will this reduce my tax?
We do not answer that, because we are not tax advisers. What you owe depends on where you live, where you are tax resident and what you actually do, and it needs somebody qualified in your own country.
What happens to my documents?
They are stored encrypted, used only for your application, and shared only with the authority you chose. Ask on the call where the server physically sits and we will tell you.
What if I turn out not to be eligible?
You still had the consultation, so there is no refund. You leave knowing exactly what stands in the way and what would have to change.
Who actually files the application?
We do, with the zone you chose. You are named on the application and you approve it before it is submitted.
