Privacy notice
DRAFT, version privacy-2026-09-26-draft. This notice is waiting for our lawyer's review; the wording will change, and the lawful basis for each use is not named yet. What it says about what we collect and where it goes is accurate today.
Viewing Ltd (licence 07011436, Innovation City, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates) advises people setting up a company and moving to run it. This page says what we keep about you, why, where it goes, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- From the enquiry form: your name, your WhatsApp number, what you tell us about the life you want, and that you ticked the two boxes (with the time, and the network address and browser you sent it from).
- When you pay: your name, email address and the payment reference. Card details go to Stripe; we never see them.
- In the consultation: what you tell us about your plans and your business, and recordings and transcripts of our calls and messages. The advisor is an AI and calls are recorded. A licensed person at Viewing Limited reviews every file before anything is submitted.
- If you apply for a licence through us: your identity documents and the details the free zone needs.
- Only if you press Accept on the analytics banner: which pages you visit on viewing.help and our cohort sites (their addresses end in .viewing.help), which link or campaign brought you, and whether you started a payment or sent the enquiry. Google Analytics counts this with cookies. It does not receive your name, email, number or anything you type. If you press No thanks, nothing is counted and no analytics cookie is set; to change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns.
Why
- To answer your enquiry, arrange the consultation and take the fee.
- To give you the comparison and our written recommendation.
- To prepare and lodge your application with the zone you choose, if you go ahead.
- To keep a record of what was advised and agreed, including signed documents.
We group enquiries by the kind of business and situation they describe, so that the advisor compares what matters to you. That grouping is profiling in the law's sense; you can object to it at any time, and the grouping stops.
Where it goes
Some of the services we use to run the website, take payments, make calls and send messages operate outside the UAE. Where that happens we use contractual safeguards to protect your information. The services are:
- Netlify: this website and our database.
- RunPod: our customer records system, on a server in the European Union.
- Meta: WhatsApp messages.
- Vapi and the AI model providers it uses: the advisor's calls.
- Stripe: payments.
- Google: our email, and visit counts through Google Analytics if you accept the analytics banner.
If you decide to apply for a licence through us, your application file is stored and handled only inside the UAE from the point we send it to the free zone. We share your application only with the authority you chose.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that does not become a client: 12 months.
- A consultation you decline to take further: 6 months after it ends.
- A client's file: 7 years.
- A signed document, and the proof that it was signed: for as long as the file is kept.
What you can ask
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to the grouping above, or withdraw your consent. Write to assistant@viewing.help or say so on WhatsApp. A person at Viewing Ltd replies within one working day.
