Who we are
Viewing Ltd, licence 07011436, Innovation City, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. No VAT is charged; Viewing Ltd is not VAT registered.
What the consultation fee buys
- The GBP 35 fee buys one consultation with our company formation advisor and the advice given in it, including being told that we cannot register your business.
- If we miss each other, the call is rescheduled.
- The advisor is an AI and calls are recorded. A licensed person at Viewing Limited reviews every file before anything is submitted. We compare and recommend; we do not sell a zone.
- We compare and recommend; we do not sell a zone. We compare the UAE with other countries, Ras Al Khaimah with the other emirates and the zone we would recommend against the rest, then we recommend in writing.
- Ask for a person at any time, on any channel; a person at Viewing Limited replies within one working day.
Paying
The fee is paid before the consultation, through a payment link from Stripe. Nothing is charged until you use that link.
Refunds
If you are charged more than once for one consultation, we refund the extra charge. Any other request for a refund, including when you could not attend or we could not help, goes to a person at Viewing Ltd, who decides it and replies within one working day.
If you go ahead
If you decide to proceed there is a sign-off fee of AED 2,500, set out in an engagement letter you sign before anything is lodged. Licence, visa and government fees are set by the zone or the government and paid to them.
What we do not do
- We are not tax advisers and we do not give tax advice.
- We cannot promise you a bank account.
- We advise adults: you have to be 18 or over to book.
